The Youth Group at St. Michael's may not be the largest in East Texas, but it is definitely a place where teenagers can learn and grow. Because our youth group is small, our kids all know each other. There are no "cliques" in our Youth Group. Well, the joke is there IS a clique at St. Michael's, but there's just ONE and EVERY teenager is included in it!

But our Youth are more than just a part of the Youth Group. Most of our teenagers are involved in the ministries and life of the church. Some of them sing or play in the Music Team. Others help lead worship by serving as Acolytes. Some of them are Lay Readers who read the Scriptures during our worship service. But the most popular ministry the Youth are involved in is being a Worship Tech. During our worship service, they run the computer that controls the projector for our worship songs and parts of the liturgy. In a very real way, our teenagers are Sharing God's Love with all who worship at St. Michael's.
